Take a bowl put suji curd all spices and mix it well
Put some water in it then make its batter medium not to much thick or thin
Now put all veggies in batter again mix it well
Now hot a pan put 1/2 tsp ghee in it then spread batter in this way so that it looks like a cheela (circle)
Roast it for 2 minutes or until the cheela is ready
Suji Cheela is ready serve it with sauce or any chutney
